Hot/Cold combination: - one hot and one cold lava shell to speed up muscle recovery. The alternating temperatures assist your muscles to remove metabolites and move fresh blood into your tissues to aid in tissue repair. Much like a hot-cold plunge at the spa! Two Hot: turn up the heat! Use two shells so that the entire massage is delivered with the Lava Shells
