About the event
In Reiki Level 1, you will open up a world of healing possibilities. Learn about your energy field, how to protect it and how to rejuvenate your energy. In this course, you will learn the history of Reiki and the flow and function of the human energy system. Learn foundational knowledge of the chakra system and how to read the chakras. Learn critical practices for energy cleansing, protection and Reiki energy healing.
You will receive your Reiki 1 Attunement and provide your first hands-on practical session guided by Jodie, an experienced Reiki Master and Teacher.
After the course, you will be fully supported through a private Facebook group on a 21-day self-practice Reiki healing journey. This guided practice perfectly sets you up to continue using Reiki for your health and is an essential pre-requisite for Reiki Level 2 Practitioner level.
What you receive:
8 hours of face-to-face training (1 day)
