Massage
Allow your worries to simply disappear in a flowing Lomi Lomi Massage or allow your body the opportunity to unwind in an Intuitive massage. All of Jodie's massages are designed to calm your nervous system, release stored tension and reconnect you to your inner self. Jodie is a trained masseuse with more than 20 years experience and certification in Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Lomi Lomi, Lava Shell and is currently training in myofascial release. Try the Intuitive Massage, a blend of modalities to achieve exactly what you need in the moment for deep relaxation and healing.
Reiki Energy Healing
Rebalance your body and mind through hands-on energy healing. Reiki helps restore vitality, reduce pain and anxiety and support emotional clarity. A Reiki session is never just a Reiki session with Jodie. Any messages can come through in these sessions - from your body, your higher self, your loved ones, your guides and beyond. Jodie calls in your ancestors to assist in these sessions and can access higher wisdom to clear energy blocks for good! Energy Healing / Reiki courses
Everyone already uses energy to heal and to connect and doing it consciously can free us from some of the "stuck" places we find ourselves in - energetically, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Reiki is a beautiful and simple (but powerful) framework for understanding our energy bodies, and channelling energy for greater healing, increased spiritual awareness and connection. Energy healing gives us the tools for a daily energy reset. We take a shower to clean our bodies every day - our bio-field (energy body) deserves the same.
Jodie's Reiki I and II courses are accessible, founded from the Usui Reiki wisdom system. Jodie integrates ancient energy healing wisdom grounded in scientific theory and evidence. Reiki has been scientifically tested in double blind studies and is proven to dramatically reduce burnout, regulate emotions, and reduce chronic pain and discomfort. Wisdom Circles - Communities of Practice
The Healing Bower offers three magical monthly meet ups in 2026. Booking your place for any upcoming circles and courses is possible through the Events Page.
Tarot Club - is an online monthly meet up on the first Tuesday of the month, on Zoom to learn and practice the magical mystical art of tarot. This community of practice is open to anyone interested (or completely obsessed) with tarot. It's a safe place to learn, and a fun and encouraging space to practice. Beginners welcome, we all have to start somewhere, where better than a supportive community of people passionate about the cards! Sign up for our next club meeting here!
Woo Woo Lounge - is a collaborative between Jodie and intuitive business coach, Lizzie Buscaino and together they have created a fun, supportive circle designed for connection, community and personal growth through enhancing our intuition. The topics change month to month, but guaranteed always fun and always magical. Join us on the second Wednesday of the Month.
