Hello and Welcome!
My name is Jodie
WELCOME and hello in the language of my ancestors (the Scots), Hawaiian (the land which guides my Lomi) and Bundjalung (the traditional owners, whose land I live and work from).
I am a Reiki master, a Lomi Lomi practitioner, and a level 1 QHHT Practitioner training for level 2. The Healing Bower was born from the desire to make the world a better place - offering healing for mind, body and spirit through massage, energy healing, reiki, hypnosis, workshops and circles.
I operate from two venues, my sacred home clinic in Tweed Heads South and also the beautiful Blue Skies Project venue in the heart of Coolangatta. Please explore my offerings on this website or contact me for a chat (you can email me anytime).

Acknowledgement of Country
Jingi-walla (hello) from Bundjalung nation. I am on Ngandwal country in the beautiful Tweed Heads South area. I acknowledge the Bundjalung nation peoples, who have cared for land, water and sky country for many thousands of years.
I can see the Great Cloud Catcher, Mount Wollumbin, from my home, which is sacred to many people. The great Wollumbin warrior spirit is the ancient remnants of a volcano that erupted 23 million years ago shaping everything around us here from the Border Ranges to the Fingal beach headlands and basalt columns.
I invite you to connect to country whenever you get an opportunity to kick off your shoes and put your feet on the earth. In these moments, send out your appreciation for the first custodians and carers of the environment and spirits of this country.
This acknowledgement is my very small way of recognising and respecting the Elders past and present who continue to be inspirational guardians for the country in which I have the great privilege to be living.
